Since 2021,
printing daily.

A small workshop in Berlin running SLA and FDM printers, a thermoforming setup, and metal casting and electroplating for finishing. Prototypes, spare parts and small series since 2021.

Services

What we make

3D-printed injection mould with a moulded part

Tooling

Printed injection moulds

Resin tooling for pilot runs. Cavity to first shot in days rather than weeks, before you commit to steel.

Reverse-engineered socket part

Reverse engineering

Spare parts

Send us the broken part. We measure it, remodel it and print it in a material rated for the same load.

Exploded multicolour bike light housing

Prototyping

Prototypes

Fit, form and function parts in your hands within days, so the next revision starts from something real.

Four laser bearing rings in different colours from a small production series

Production

Small series

10 to 100 parts a month, printed and finished to the same spec every run.

CAD-modelled threaded housing

Design

CAD

From sketch, scan or sample to a printable model — wall thickness, tolerances and orientation sorted.

Transparent thermoformed retainer

Thermoforming

Thermovacuuming

Clear shells thermoformed over printed positives. Thin walls, tight fit, repeatable.

Materials, tested in-house

We print test parts before we print yours: new resins, support strategies, orientation. What holds up goes into production, what doesn’t gets documented.

Questions we get a lot

What materials can you print on FDM printers?

Eleven. PLA, PETG and ABS cover most jobs, in any colour you need.

For specific mechanical or thermal requirements: ASA, PC, TPU 95A HF, and the carbon-filled grades PLA-CF, PETG-CF, PET-CF, PAHT-CF and PA6-CF.

What materials can you print on SLA printers?

42 resins. Clear, white, grey and black are in stock; other colours we mix to spec.

Rigid, tough, durable, flame retardant and high-temperature grades are all available.

Medical and dental too: the printers are set up and certified for biocompatible and dental resins.

Are there any limitations to the size of objects?

Build volumes are finite, so larger parts get split and assembled — with the joint placed where it carries no load.

SLA tops out at 14.5×14.5×18 cm. FDM gives you 25×25×29 cm.

Can I trust you to keep my design confidential?

Yes. Your files stay with us and are not shared with anyone.

Photos of finished prints are only published with your explicit approval.

We sign an NDA on request.

Have a part to print?

Send the file or a description, plus the material and quantity. You get a price and a lead time back, usually within a day.
