2. Server log files
When you open this website, your browser automatically transmits technical data that our hosting provider records in log files: IP address, date and time of the request, the file requested, referrer URL, browser and operating system. This data is required to deliver the site and to protect it from misuse. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, reliable operation). Log entries are not merged with other data sources and are deleted after a short retention period by the provider.
3. Contact form
If you use the contact form we process the name, email address, material and unit selection, quantity, message text and any file you attach. The submission is transmitted over an encrypted connection and forwarded to our mailbox; the data is used exclusively to process and answer your enquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract or its preparation, otherwise Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent, given by ticking the checkbox), which you may withdraw at any time by writing to us.
Design files you send us are treated as confidential, are never passed on to third parties, and are deleted once your enquiry or order has been completed and no statutory retention obligation applies.
4. Processors
Form submissions are handled by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Workers) acting as our processor under Art. 28 GDPR. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; if you prefer no request to reach Google, the fonts can also be served from our own server on request.
5. Cookies and local storage
We set no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. The only entries stored in your browser are a local note recording that you dismissed the information banner and your language choice. They stay on your device, are never transmitted to us, and you can delete them at any time in your browser settings.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21), as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to info@mnml-lab.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for Berlin: Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
7. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or to legal requirements. The current version always applies.
